1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Motoring IQ Ltd website and services.
2. Vehicle Sales
All vehicles are sold as seen, tried and approved. Trade sale only unless otherwise agreed in
writing.
3. Payments
Deposits are non-refundable. Full cleared funds must be received before vehicle release.
4. Ownership
Ownership remains with Motoring IQ Ltd until full payment is received.
5. Liability
We accept no liability for faults after sale. Buyers must satisfy themselves prior to purchase.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

1. Trade Sale Basis (Strict)
All vehicles are sold strictly as trade sales unless otherwise agreed in writing. Vehicles are sold as
seen, tried and approved with no warranty given or implied.
2. Category & Salvage Vehicles
Vehicles may be Category S, Category N, repaired, or previously damaged. Buyers acknowledge
full awareness of the vehicle’s history and accept all risks associated with such vehicles.
3. No Comeback Policy
Once a vehicle has been purchased, collected, or delivered, there is strictly no return, refund, or
comeback. Buyers accept full responsibility for the vehicle upon handover.
4. Deposits
All deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances. Deposits secure the vehicle and
compensate for lost sales opportunities.
5. Faults After Sale
Motoring IQ Ltd accepts no liability for any mechanical, electrical, or structural faults discovered
after sale.
6. Consumer Exception
Where a sale is explicitly agreed as a consumer sale, statutory rights under UK law may apply.7. Refunds (If Agreed)
Any refund is entirely at the discretion of Motoring IQ Ltd and may be subject to deductions.
